Located at the Downtown Health Plaza in downtown Winston-Salem.
We are offering free health screenings, health education, and physician consults to the public.
This is our 14th annual free community health fair: last year we served over 650 children, women and men!
The fair is hosted every year by medical students from the Wake Forest School of Medicine.
We look forward to working with you, or to serving you as a visitor to the Fair!
